VideoZ (the "Service") is a video resolution and download platform for publicly accessible content on the Internet, operated under the domain videoz.wormzoom.info.
The Service uses VPN-based geo-restriction bypass technologies to provide access to region-locked content. Audio/video merging (muxing) is performed locally in the user's browser via FFmpeg.wasm.

Account creation is free. Paid plans are available with higher quotas. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until explicitly cancelled.
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period and are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
VideoZ does not store any video content on its servers. The Service only provides temporary URLs to streams hosted by third-party platforms. Responsibility for copyright compliance lies with the end user.

In accordance with GDPR, collected data is limited to: email address, username, job history (resolved URLs) and technical logs.

No data is sold to third parties. No advertising cookies are used.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VideoZ cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data losses or any indirect damage resulting from use of the Service.
Availability of third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) is outside our control. Changes to those platforms may temporarily affect certain features.
